A year later we’ve grown our business and we’ve started the process of “growing up” both of which you’ve played a big part in.
Many of our staff have enjoyed and learned much from your sessions. I’ve seen at first hand the personal development in so many of our people, not only in confidence but also in knowledge, decision making and their willingness “to have a go”, all of which will stand us in good stead for the next challenges that we face. Michael gave a great thought provoking presentation. He's a highly motivated individual and just being in his presence the whole room was lifted. I loved how he broke down the processes we all go through when we don't achieve our goals - he really explained it in a way that everyone could identify with.
